Photography Lab Equipment Checkout

The Photography Lab Equipment Checkout is located in room 1100F of the Communications Building. It is typically open six days a week, Sunday through Friday, and is closed on Saturday. The equipment and facilities are available to current students enrolled in related photography courses who meet requirements, which may involve completing prior lower-level course work.

Hours of Operation:

Monday through Thursday: 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Sunday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

NOTE: Sunday opening and closing times may vary according to schedules, but the times will be posted in the lab.

The Photographic Equipment Room Includes:

  • Photographic strobe equipment
  • Calumet 4x5 and Deardorff 8x10 large format cameras
  • Canon DSLR digital cameras
  • Limited Hasselblad medium format cameras
  • Hasselblad camera with a Kodak DCS digital back.
  • Tripods and other photographic accessories
  • Keys to access beginning print room stations, advanced printing rooms (Color, B/W and Digital) and the scanning room are available for checkout in the Photography Lab Equipment Checkout room.
